My latest recipe is inspired by all things pumpkin! I stumbled across these cute Jack-O-Lantern Halloween pumpkins in my local supermarket and have turned them into some buttery goodness for you in the form of pumpkin pecan scrolls, made from a brioche bread dough base. Baked pumpkin paired with roasted pecans and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and an apple cake mix turned out to be really flavoursome. The flavour is further enhanced when served warm with a drizzle of pure maple syrup. So if you've got a few spare hours, give these scrolls a go, although I would recommend brushing up of some basic bread dough knowledge, before attempting this one.
