My love of cheesecake goes way back. If there's a cheesecake on the menu, I'll find it hard not to try a slice, especially if it's a New York Baked Cheesecake!
But today's recipe is for a lighter, half ricotta, half cream cheese chocolate version that will have you shaking off the winter blues and feeling all summery, albeit the fact that spring has just started. It did reach 32 degrees yesterday in Sydney though, only 10 days into spring!
Once baked and cooled, your ready to top your cheesecake with your favourite fresh berries and decorate with strawberry flowers from your garden veggie patch if you have them.
